MY Favourite Places to Visit
四季彩之丘 (Flower Garden)

During Summer time, this is a fantastic place with flowers planted all over the mountain in different colours. Beautiful scenery !!!
富田農場 (Lavender Garden)
June 2015
During Summer time, this is a fantastic place to view large patches of lavender. A whole field filled with purple colour. Beautiful scenery !!!!
Mori no Tokei
June 2015
Located in the forest below the New Furano Prince Hotel and Ningle Terrace. Inside these forests are tree houses where local Japanese designers occupy to sell their own designs. Amongst these treee houses is the famous coffee house where guests can try to grind their own coffee.
Definitely a place worth visiting.
芝士工房 (Cheese Factory)
June 2015
The Furano Cheese Factory (富良野チーズ工房, Furano Cheese Kōbō) lets visitors observe the production process of the local camembert type cheese from behind windows. Cheese samples, including those of a black cheese colored by squid ink, can be tasted in the factory shop. I particularly like the squid ink cheese there which is soft and tasty. In my opinion, comparable to some cheese in Europe. The last thing that I will need to introduce is the small cheese cake sold there. Must Try !!!
The Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort
June 2015
This is a hotel that I must recommend. A hotel next to Lake Toya view the main hall and lobby restaurant having a superb lake view. The food served in the hotel buffet have a great variety with marvellous taste. The hotsprings are located on the top 2 floors of the hotel, second top floor is an indoor hotspring with a lake view, while the top floor is outdoor hotspring with no border. Enjoying the hotspring while viewing the sunrise or sunset on the lake is such a beauftiful and relaxing scene. Last but not least, hotel guests can also view the night time fireworks either from the night time lake ferry or the top floor outdoor hotspring.
小樽音樂盒堂本館 (Otaru Orgel Museum)
June 2015
The place is definitely worth a visit, they have an amazing collection of music boxes! I spent at least 2 hours in there admiring the music boxes. The historical building together with the amazing collection of handcrafted music boxes with all kinds of classical, pop and soothing music just made me want to stay in there forever.....
