It was established in the early years of Qing Emperor Qianlong, so far has more than 270 years of history, is a long history, renowned at home and abroad Su Gang restaurant. There are lots of restaurants in Hangzhou serving traditional Hangzhou food. Some are very popular, but of all, I particularly like this one. The environment is very very calm and comfortable. The food there is very authentic and tasty. You can feel that the chefs in this restaurant cooked with their heart. This restaurant most famous dish is 八宝鱼头王. Must try.

Nanjing DaiPaiDang Restaurant

This restaurant is made up of numerous dai pai dang stalls, allowing vistitors to remember the ancient Nanjing food. The waiters are dressed in traditional Chinese fashionable clothes and even the names of the cashier are still labelled as the traditional way of calling them.
Food is quite nice, not superb, but coupled with the environment and the variety of food, I would recommend tourists to spend a meal in this restaurant.
