Facts (吉隆坡)

MY Favourite Places to Visit

Putrajaya

Putrajaya is a planned city that serves as a federal administrative centre of Malaysia.  This city is named after the first Malaysian Prime Minister,Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra,

In Putrajaya, there is Perdana Putra, office of the Prime Minister, Seri Perdana – official residence of the Prime Minister, Sri Satria - official residence of the Deputy Prime Minister and other major government offices.

Besides the extravagent buildings, the other attraction is Putra Mosque, which is located next to the PM office and the man made Putrajaya Lake.  The pink-domed Putra Mosque is constructed with rose-tinted granite consists of three main functional areas - the prayer hall, the Sahn, or courtyard, and various learning facilities and function rooms. The mosque can accommodate 15,000 worshippers at any one time.

Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur

At the heart of the trendy Bukit Bintang district lies the perfect reason to indulge in fashion, food and urban leisure. Experience the excitement of this 1.37 mil sq ft retail haven with 500 outlets offering the finest fashion and home furnishing to entertainment and culinary delights. This is not a normal shopping mall.  What impresses me the most is the wide variety of food that you can find within the Pavillion mall - ranges from food courts, to middle to top end restaurants of all different cuisines.  I want to especially recommend the Tokyo street which have shops selling all imported Japanese food, snacks, tea, ice cream, cakes, etc  Of course, there are numerous Japanese restaurants serving different kinds of Japanese cuisines.
